Can I order documents without traveling to the country? Yes, you can. We request documents, affix an apostille, handle consular legalization and nostrification, perform translations, and deliver the result by courier — you don’t need to go anywhere. Below is the entire step-by-step process and payment procedure, with no hidden conditions.

How the Process Works

  1. You contact us with a request: which document you need, date and city of receipt (issuance), date and city of event. For example: a duplicate was issued in one city, but the birth itself was in another — this is important.
  2. You specify exactly what you need: to request a document, apostille, consular legalization, nostrification (recognition) of a diploma or certificate.
  3. You specify which country the document is for and for what purpose — often this is a decisive factor that determines the processing route.
  4. We clarify whether a translation is needed and an apostille on it (either legalization of the translation or translation through the consulate).
  5. To calculate delivery, you provide the exact address where to deliver. The courier delivery cost is calculated automatically.
  6. You agree to the order amount. Payment is made after our representative receives your power of attorney.
  7. Our representative contacts you to clarify details — or you contact them yourself, if more convenient.
  8. You send us your documents.
  9. After receiving your documents (usually a power of attorney and a copy of your passport), we confirm their receipt from the courier.
  10. You pay 70% of the order.
  11. We fulfill the order and send you a scan of the completed document. You pay the remaining 30%, the cost of translating your power of attorney (if it was translated), and the return courier shipment.
  12. We send you the documents via courier service.

How Payment Works

  • Don’t pay anything upfront “into thin air.” Payment begins only after your power of attorney is physically received by our representative.
  • 70% — after confirmation of receipt of your documents (power of attorney, copy of passport).
  • 30% + translation of the power of attorney (if required) + return delivery — after you have received a scan of the completed document.
  • In some countries — for example, in Moldova and Armenia — a scan of the document with a QR code itself constitutes a completed electronic document. Therefore, before full payment, we send a scan without the QR code. We kindly ask for your understanding.

What will be needed from you

  • Power of attorney for our representative (to be executed at a notary at your place of residence; if necessary, we provide a ready-made text).
  • Copy of passport (page with personal details).
  • Copies of available documents and exact details: full name as in the document, dates and cities of the event and issuance.
  • Delivery address and the country for which the document is being prepared.

Frequently asked questions about ordering

Do I need to come in person?

No. The entire process is conducted via power of attorney: a representative submits and collects documents on your behalf, and the result is delivered by courier to your address.

Why is the payment split into 70% and 30%?

This way, the risk is shared between the parties: we start work and incur expenses (fees, travel, translations) only after a confirmed order, and you pay the remaining amount after seeing the scan of the completed document.

How long will this take?

It depends on the country, authority, and type of document: from a few days (apostille on an existing document) to several weeks or months (retrieval of an archival document). We provide exact timelines after clarifying the order details.

What if the document is not found?

If the archive or authority issues an official refusal (document not preserved, no record exists), we pass that response on to you — it also has legal force and is often needed for court or consulate.
