What is needed to obtain or request documents through your agency?
Through our agency, documents can be obtained based on a power of attorney:
Notarized power of attorney (executed before a notary with an apostille or legalisation or without – depends on the country where you execute it and the country of destination),
Consular power of attorney (the most advantageous option for citizens of CIS countries, but requires a long wait in line),Power of Attorney from various municipalities (for example, in Italy), but certified with an apostille.
We are required by law to sign a service agreement with you. Hence the contract agreement.
You must attach to the contract and the power of attorney simple copies of passports that you have (the page with the latest photo and the page with your registration or place of residence). As a rule, both the internal and international passports must be specified in the power of attorney. If you do not have an internal passport, the international passport is indicated.
